Tiss the season..

To be busy. At least I hope I will be busy. Making lots of these.

I hope I have enough to time to make some new ones for the family. These photos are getting out dated and all the babies are getting so big!

I am also brainstorming for new handmade Christmas ideas to keep costs low. We'll have to wait and see what I come up with!

Aquarium

My current hobby = fish tank. I love starring at my fancy goldfish. I have a few new additions to the tank.. I started off with 2 fancy goldfish. 1 is a Ryukin and the 2nd is a Veiltail.. I now have a Black Moor. There is also a Plecostomus fish swimming around eating algae.

In my tank there are also a variety of plants.. A few lotus and other lily pad type plants... Onion plant... Water Wisteria.. Ect.. Most of them I got from a package of bulbs.. I was pleasantly surprised with what I got out of the mystery bulbs.

The newest addition to the tank is a big brown snail.. I hoping he will help eat algae and not eat my plants.. We'll find out soon enough..

Oh yeah! STAMPS!

Hi Blog,
It's been awhile.. I just don't have time for you. I am sorry I neglect you day after day.. I don't even glance your way half of the time. Don't worry I still love you.. It's not you .. it's me.

Hey look! I've been working with an awesome stamp company. They've been taking my sketches and turning them into acrylic stamps. They are super cute. I hope you love them Mr. Blog. More to come.

Ok.. I mean OKAY already!

Dear Etsy,
I don't care how much you're in love with Martha Stewart. I am tired of you shoving wedding decor down my throat. That is all.
Love,
Cineloh

Here's some funeral stuff.

Why are dead bunnies so funny?

I've seen a dead bunny in real life.

When I was little we used to go camping with our family out at Point Sal. My Aunt's family is really into hunting and fishing. So, naturally they would kill things and bring them back to camp to skin and cook them.

I remember being pretty young the last time I was out there. I was probably younger than 10. Someone got the idea to send all the kids on a scavenger hunt (which I refused to do because I thought it was dumb). A list of items to find was made and on the list was "a piece of rabbit fur". Little did I know at the time, but my cousin had killed and skinned a rabbit. He threw away the fur next to camp.

Someone eventually found the discarded rabbit bits and we all just starred at it..

This was not funny to me.

However, this makes me smile. Something about a dead (fake) bunny is just good comedy. So I say more fake dead bunny please and less stupid cousins.

P.S.-------->
Not all of her bunnies are dead, but ALL of them are cute.

Terrariums? Yes, please!

From tree spirits to gnome houses, you can find just about any little decoration for your terrarium on ETSY. It has become a very hip thing to sell.. Oh and let's not forget actual terrariums...

....But let's talk about how easy it is to actually make your own.. Michaels or any craft store will sell little glass jars for pretty cheap... I picked some up and went on a treasure hunt for some moss in April. I didn't have to look very hard either! There was some right outside my bedroom window. Growing in a well shaded moist area on some rocky terrain. I put some rocks on the bottom of the glass jars then layered a bit of potting soil on top.. Then I scooped up some of the moss and gently laid it on top of the soil pressing it down just slightly. Took my water bottle and covered the top of the moss with water. It cost me a whole $3.oo for 1 terrarium.

The second terrarium I did I actually went out and bought a plant. If you're wondering what kind of plants work best in a closed terrarium.. I really can't tell you.. I looked it up on the internet, but could never really find the right plants in the stores.. Till one day I was strolling through the pet store looking for plants for my aquarium and I found these "live aquatic plants". They market them for aquariums, but don't let them fool you. They die in aquariums because they are not true aquatic plants. However, they live amazingly well in terrariums.

Let's talk about MOONSTR!

Let's start off by talking about one of my favorite ETSY sellers. MOONSTR!

She is an amazing self taught artist whose paintings and drawings are adorably unconventional. They are often quite humorous and if they don't put a smile on your face her titles will! I mean... look at all those boobies ----> If I were a boy cat I would be all over that tail..

Speaking of boy cats. Not all of her art is just funny... It's also cute and heart warming! Doesn't this make you want to be a "cat person"! He's pretty good looking.. Hubba hubba.

This Moonstr tribute would not be complete without showing you how she ingeniously incorporates objects to represent boobies in her paintings. So go now! CLICK CLICK CLICK and look at the HUNDREDS of items (more boobies) in her shop!

Oh well..

Admittedly... I never have anything interesting to say. It's probably why I never write about anything. Today, hopefully that will change and I will start writing more. Let's start with some pictures.. Baby steps. I like to make things. If you're brave enough to be follow me I may just show you how I make them.
